Order Processing

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier location, and shipping carrier.

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. However, some orders may take longer due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

In certain cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Claims for lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delivered but Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout

PawCottageStore is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.
