Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, PawCottageStore ships exclusively within the United States.

How can I track my order?

If tracking information is available from our fulfillment partners, it will be sent to your email after your order has been shipped.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at pawcottagestore@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate the issue.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

At this time, we do not accept returns after delivery.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are generally not offered for change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will review your case.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage along with your order number.

What if I received the wrong product?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item received. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Are your products safe for pets?

We carefully select products designed for pets. However, pet owners should always supervise their pets while using new products and follow any product-specific instructions.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent every product. Minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur depending on manufacturing updates and screen settings.

Are your products suitable for all pets?

Not every product is suitable for every pet. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and specifications before placing an order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
